Nothing. We simply support you to sell your home directly. Our online guidance is free, and when we introduce you to a trusted, carefully selected partner we earn a referral fee that funds our work.

How much does it cost to sell my home privately?

Allow $2,000 – $5,000 (excluding legal fees). That’s about what you’d pay a real estate agent for marketing alone.

Trade Me and home staging are usually your biggest costs but often generate the best returns by presenting your property in its best light and attracting more eyes on your listing.

Can I pay the providers on settlement?

Yes! There are various finance options out there that let you borrow what you need to sell your home privately, with options to pay back the loan on settlement.

We can’t negotiate on your behalf. But we can connect you to a former #1 real estate agent at Harcourts who can support you to negotiate directly.
